GE2 is my least favourite one simply because most of the aragami just looks like generic video game monsters, when the entire reason why the series was called God Eater in the first place is because the aragami looked like deities and creatures from mythology and folklore. They really screwed up from the get go by not using the aragami's name as the item prefix for absolutely no reason. Not to mention a guild function was added later on, you can join or create one. Spawning 3 different camlanns on a narrow circular map (imagine getting tail swiped again and again) having susano'o, amaterasu, and gawain spawn on a single map (encouraging strategy and teamwork) and many more fun variations. Having insanely rigged versions of aragami where a normal chi-you and ukonvasara can OHKO anybody if not geared right. You can mess around with your abyss factors as abilities (kinda like blood arts, but you can equip more than 1)Īnd also boost your stats as you level up (str, vit, tech and etc.) Crafting arcs only to be used as fodder for skills and stat enhancements. Open maps for looting, and also specified ordered quests for difficult and specific mat farming. Having multiple servers, meet players on lobbies just to chat and mess around. A gacha version of God Eater where you can get arcs and costumes.
